4. What I'm looking for next

Three things matter to me in the next role:

1. Leverage my compound skills in UX x Business x Education:
I do my best in roles that let me use all three together.

2. A company that values diversity:
I love diversity in culture, thought, and belief. I'm also neurodivergent, and that shapes how I think, work, and lead. I'm happy to go into what that means in practice during an interview.

3. Eager to expand my capacity:
I'd like the next chapter to take me into mass-scale B2C product, deeper work on human needs and behaviour (especially shaping human connections), and I'd love the challenge of monetisation metrics as a real constraint.
