7. Personal reflection

1. The work I am most proud of is not the website itself, but the trust that came after. One senior leader later called to ask if I could guide his daughter into UX because he saw it as a career that connects business, people, and technology to solve real problems. Mentoring the next generation is what makes my work more meaningful.

2. Looking back, the early conflict with the Marketing team was avoidable. Presenting wireframes to non-technical stakeholders was a process gap, not a people problem. Today, with AI assistance, interactive prototypes from the Discovery phase are non-negotiable.

3. Working inside a complex multi-tier organization also taught me how structure functions at scale: why approval chains exist, why contracts are written the way they are, and why rigorous process is a feature rather than friction. That understanding became a direct advantage when Staylab later won a contract with Viettel High Tech, where the same rigor in compliance and confidentiality was required.
