Step 4: Earned UX buy-in through business language

The concept passed in the next meeting with only minor refinements. Why so smoothly?

Because of the way I communicated. Every UX/Product decision was framed as a business outcome, not a matter of taste. Examples:

• Close-crop photography let craving drive the purchase unconsciously, which moved revenue directly.

• Deeper blues, textures, illustrations... carried the cozy comfort of the physical stores into the digital experience, building the consistency across touchpoints that strengthened the journey and earned loyalty.
