2. Why Staylab

What they needed was a first partner who could both revamp the product and help them build a UX/Product team from the inside out. That's where Staylab came in.

My team won the year-long contract on three things:

 1. A lean studio with a clear Discovery and Delivery process in UX/Product Design, which could flex as conditions changed. 2. A private training practice with a track record of upskilling product teams to help build their UX maturity. 3. A talent pool of UX/Product professionals we had trained across Vietnam (400+ at that time) who could be recruited into their team.

Shortly after we signed, Vietnam entered a four-month lockdown. The project moved fully online from day one and we adapted.
